We supply indoor and outdoor design for indoor and outdoor use,the protection level can be IP30~IP55 for different environment.
13, What control mode for the load bank can be supplied?
We supply 3 control mode for the load bank control include local panel button manual control mode,local panel touch screen control and remote PC control through Modbus TCP, PLC and control software that we supplied, remote control connection terminal include RJ45, RS232 and RS485,50-100m free super 6 category net cable will be supplied.
14, What are the main function for the remote PC control mode can supply?
Include turn on/turn off the load bank remotely;remote load and unload function;data save and printing;the load bank can working automatically after set the loading time, power and other parameters of the load bank in the control software like 0%-25%-50% -75% -100%-110% and how much time for each of these steps. You can check the voltage,power,current,power factor and frequency. And monitor the load bank running status such as running, standby, malfunction, etc., and send out remote alarms when abnormal situations (such as over voltage, over current, overheating, etc.) occur.
15, What protection function the load bank has?
High temperature,low air volume,phase sequence,short circuit,fan interlock,emergency stop,smoke alarm and temperature and humidity control and other necessary functions needed.

Generally the installation is easy,just need to make sure the load bank will be installed at a suitable flat place and make sure there is enough space for the load bank heat dispatch. For large load bank, will need forklift or crane and make sure the load bank avoid from outside damage.
For the commissioning, the load bank will be commissioning before delivery by us. And onsite commissioning need technicians.We
supply charged on site commissioning and training service. But the commissioning generally not complicated.

Yes, generally need keep the fan/fans working for 5-10 minute to fully heat dissipation.
